I want to continue entering my appointments in Google Calendar / Outlook / Mac Calendar, can I do it?

No, you can't do that.

Simple CRM must be the master system; it will feed your old calendar system. Your old calendar
system can therefore only be used to display Simple CRM calendars and to ring to remind you of
your appointments.

The reason for this restriction is that your old calendar is limited. For example, you will just encode
that you have an appointment with Mr. Martin at 10am.

In Simple CRM, the appointment will be linked to Mr Martin's file as well as to the company for
which he works, you will find in the Simple CRM calendar the budget, documents, relationship
history, etc..

Simple CRM therefore offers much richer features not present in your old calendar system.

Finally, I would like to mention that the Simple CRM calendar has everything to please since it
allows synchronization with your mobile phone and your tablet, Outlook / Thunderbird / Sunbird /
Google Calendar / Mac Calendar synchronization, multiview display, multi-users, creation of tasks
for your colleagues, etc..

additional module called SIMPLE ERP.

Simple ERP also allows the management of stocks, products and/or catalogue services.

Can I have document layouts in the ERP other than those proposed?

No. Our models are made to respect international standards and this for 3 reasons:
- compatibility with window envelopes
- the obligation for certain ISO standardised companies to comply with standards
- the obligation to structure documents so that they can be readable by RFOs

You are free to change the colours, the logo, the texts of the conditions, etc: but the global layout
canvas must respect the above mentioned standards.

To do this, simply download the VCARD of the contacts that interest you.

Practical detail: if you activate calendar synchronization on your BlackBerry, you will find directly in
 the calendar the address (with active Google Map link), phone number and e-mail of the person with
 whom you have an appointment. This is an automatic synchronization based on the appointments in
your calendar.

Is it possible to synchronize the Simple CRM calendar with a BlackBerry phone/tablet?

Yes this function exists and is very appreciated, since your phone/tablet rings to remind you of your
appointments.

In addition, the Simple CRM calendar automatically adds a series of very practical information to the
calendars of your phones/tablets: Location of the appointment (with interactive link to Google Maps),
Company name, First and last name of the contact person, Telephone details (a click allows you to
launch the call from your mobile phone), Email details (a click allows you to write an e-mail), A link
to the Simple CRM appointment form in order to be able to edit the Interaction directly (as for
