Simple CRM must be the master system; it will feed your old calendar system. Your old calendar
system can therefore only be used to display Simple CRM calendars and to ring to remind you of
your appointments.

The reason for this restriction is that your old calendar is limited. For example, you will just encode
that you have an appointment with Mr. Martin at 10am.

In Simple CRM, the appointment will be linked to Mr Martin's file as well as to the company for
which he works, you will find in the Simple CRM calendar the budget, documents, relationship
history, etc..

Simple CRM therefore offers much richer features not present in your old calendar system.
