Simple CRM allows the creation of custom fields, named INTEREST CENTRES.
These custom fields allow you to adapt the software to your business. You can then make queries based on these fields.
Further information is available at:http://www.simple-crm.online/search/label/Happy
You also have the possibility to create custom fields in the COMPANY, CONTACT, INTERACTION and PROJECT files. These fields are called SIMPLE CUSTOM.

Can I manage multiple brands/enterprises with a single Simple CRM?
It is possible to manage several brands or companies through a single Simple CRM instance.
To do this, you will first have to distinguish which customer is a customer from which brand. To do
this, you will create INTEREST CENTRES to distinguish them.
Example: Lead enseigneA, Client enseigneA, Lead enseigneB, Client enseigneB, etc.
These fields will allow you to make requests to directly visualize, in a contact's or a company's file,
which sign(s) this contact or company is a customer.
Then, you will also have to sow your sales, to be able to list separately the sales of the signA and the
signB.
To do this, you will use INTERACTION templates. Text and video explanation on: http://www.simple-crm.online/search/label/Calendar
So, when you launch a model, it will write as the interaction subject: EnseigneA / Product XYZ / 9 units
This will allow you to directly visualize which sales process is linked to which brand.
The same does not, of course, apply to the segmentation of Delivery, Purchasing, Administrative, etc. Interactions.
