Some customers think that the price of Simple CRM is based on the cost of their server. It is much more complex than that.
The price is first constituted by a base of fixed costs, spread over all the customers. These costs are (non-exhaustive list): employees' salaries, R&D costs, office rents, marketing costs, advertising, insurance, etc.
These costs represent 7.5 Euro per Simple CRM user per month.
For single users, we therefore work at a loss. We believe that single users are a long-term investment and excellent ambassadors who promote the quality of Simple CRM around them.
Next comes the second calculation factor. The second calculation factor is a series of additional costs which are (non-exhaustive list): the bandwidth used, the ram memory, the CPU, the disk space, the backup space, the number of questions to the support, the price/time of the customer acquisition, the financial cost of unpaid invoices, etc....
The larger a customer is and the more these indices increase, and thus the more expensive the price is.
The price of Simple CRM has therefore been built on an average of these different indices in order to offer everyone a price that remains 6 and 10 times cheaper than market prices.
