Of course, only your Simple CRM Administrator can do this, to prevent any employee from stealing
your contact database.

What would happen on my Simple CRM server that was down? Will I lose data?

You actually have two Simple CRM servers, one in France (your main one) and one in Germany.

As soon as you make a change in your main server, the data is automatically copied to the server in
Germany. If the server in France were to fail one day (which has never happened since 2005), the
server in Germany would automatically take over: there is therefore no risk.

In addition, these two servers are backed up twice a day in two different data centers.

Your data from your main server is thus duplicated, in an encrypted format, 5 times, which guarantees
the perfect serenity of your data.
