What is the price of importing data into Simple CRM?
The price of an import depends on many factors: file type, data cleanliness, quantities, etc..
To be able to evaluate the price of an import, an engineer must analyze the file or files to import.
For this, please provide by e-mail (sales[at] crm-pour-pme.fr) the file(s) to import, completed on 5 lines, while specifying by e-mail the total number of lines present in the file(s).
Following the analysis of this information, an estimate will be sent to you.
To be able to evaluate the price of an import, an engineer must analyze the file or files to import.

Is it possible to pay the license per month and by bank transfer?
Monthly payment is possible from the TPE1 pack. See prices on: http://www.simple-crm-online.com/test
For the pack 1 license, the payment is carried out in once, that is 90 € HTVA for one year of use.
The monthly payment is made via SEPA direct debit for European companies (or direct deposit for countries such as Belgium or Luxembourg).
For non-European women, we set up a credit card debit via PayPal.

How is the price of Simple CRM built?
Some customers think that the price of Simple CRM is based on the cost of their server. It is much more complex than that.
The price is first constituted by a base of fixed costs, spread over all the customers. These costs are (non-exhaustive list): employees' salaries, R&D costs, office rents, marketing costs, advertising, insurance, etc.
These costs represent 7.5 Euro per Simple CRM user per month.
For single users, we therefore work at a loss. We believe that single users are a long-term investment and excellent ambassadors who promote the quality of Simple CRM around them.
Next comes the second calculation factor. The second calculation factor is a series of additional costs which are (non-exhaustive list): the bandwidth used, the ram memory, the CPU, the disk space, the backup space, the number of questions to the support, the price/time of the customer acquisition, the financial cost of unpaid invoices, etc....
The larger a customer is and the more these indices increase, and thus the more expensive the price is.
The price of Simple CRM has therefore been built on an average of these different indices in order to offer everyone a price that remains 6 and 10 times cheaper than market prices.

How much does it cost to send newsletters?

What is the price of a Simple CRM training?
You have two possibilities: either you train yourself via the training manuals and videos on the page http://www.simple-crm-online.com/test, for example, or you opt for training in the use of Simple CRM software taught by a consultant.
The duration of the training is 2 hours, or 120 minutes.
The distribution of training units is defined as follows: 1h30 of theoretical training, then approximately 2 to 4 weeks later, a 30-minute question and answer session between the learner(s) and the trainer.
The training takes place in video conference through Skype, this software allowing voice dialogue and screen sharing.
The maximum number of learners allowed to follow the training is 5.
The price is 150 € HTVA.
