Can we track invoice payments in Simple ERP?

Simple ERP allows you to track the status of invoices: issued, sent, partial payment, rejected invoice, paid invoice, reminder by email, etc....

A report allows you to see at a glance the open (and therefore unpaid) invoices.

The icing on the cake, Simple ERP sends (if you activate this option), directly a reminder by e-mail to the customer, once the payment time is over and the invoice is unpaid (the message is customizable).

Of course, you will see in the report when Simple ERP has sent this reminder and the invoice status automatically changes to "Invoice - Reminder by email".

Does Simple CRM allow me to make quotations, purchase orders, invoices and does Simple CRM allow me to manage inventory / product catalog?

Simple CRM allows the creation of quotes, purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes via an
additional module called SIMPLE ERP.

Simple ERP also allows the management of stocks, products and/or catalogue services.

To benefit from Simple ERP, you must subscribe to Simple CRM and take Simple ERP as a
complement.

Can I have document layouts in the ERP other than those proposed?

No. Our models are made to respect international standards and this for 3 reasons:
- compatibility with window envelopes
- the obligation for certain ISO standardised companies to comply with standards
- the obligation to structure documents so that they can be readable by RFOs

You are free to change the colours, the logo, the texts of the conditions, etc: but the global layout
canvas must respect the above mentioned standards.
