Synchronizing, interfacing and/or connecting external software to Simple CRM is possible. However it is necessary to define what you want to do: who is the master system, if you want to work in mono or bi-dri sectional, what is the security policy, which system writes what in the other, etc..
These questions require real in-depth analysis. Depending on what you want to do, it can be free or it can be paid for: everything depends on the complexity of your request.
