How does HaPPi customer detection work?

HaPPi transmits between 4 and 6 potential customers to your sales representatives every day. To do this, it searches for customers in a "Big Data" database that it has created (+/- 12,000,000 company records) on the basis of an "ideal" profile that it has defined.

For HaPPi to be able to identify the customers you are interested in, it must first be able to establish a profile. It makes sense: to find something, you first have to know what you're looking for.

For HaPPi to establish a profile, your Simple CRM must contain data. Without data in CRM, it is impossible to know the characteristics of your customers.

For HaPPi to be able to do this work, it is therefore essential to fill in the contact forms correctly and to make good use of interactions. It is on the basis of the content of your interactions that HaPPi will be able to understand the links that unite you to your contacts.
