First with Gmail, since you can write emails in Gmail via templates in Simple CRM (see: http://www.simple-crm.online/search/label/Gmail%20-%20Google%20Apps) and from a contact see all emails exchanged, present in Gmail (see: http://www.simple-crm.online/search/label/Gmail%20-%20Google%20Apps).
